1. Pilot Programme Scope
These terms govern participation in The Palladian Society pilot programme. The pilot provides early access to selected features and experiences.
2. Cost
Pilot participation is free of charge. No payment is required for pilot access.
3. Service Availability
The pilot is provided on an "as-is" basis during beta. Features may change, pause, or be removed without prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the service, interfere with operations, scrape or extract content in bulk, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All game content, case materials, branding, visuals, and platform elements remain the intellectual property of The Palladian Society and its licensors.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable European Union law.
