1. Open Beta Scope
These terms govern use of The Palladian Society website and open-beta game at app.palladiansociety.org. The beta provides free browser access to selected cases and features.
2. Cost
Open-beta participation is free of charge. No payment is required to play the beta cases.
3. Service Availability
The beta is provided on an "as-is" basis. Features, cases, saves, and availability may change, pause, or be removed without prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the service, interfere with operations, scrape or extract content in bulk, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.
5. Saves and Gameplay Data
Gameplay progress is stored locally in your browser. Optional account-based cloud saves may sync progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.
6. Intellectual Property
All game content, case materials, branding, visuals, and platform elements remain the intellectual property of The Palladian Society and its licensors.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable European Union law.
